The best time to discuss is now, resorts can be booked about 1 year out and high season for weddings match up with high season for general travel. This means that hosting a good size event at a high demand resort may not be possible if negotiations are started too late.

Step 1: Dream & Discuss
10-12 months before wedding date
Define your dream wedding: style, culture, guest size, and location type (beach, resort, palace, vineyard, etc.).
We help you consider the weather, local events, cultural holidays, and best travel seasons.
We assist you in maximizing your initial budget. Including the venue, travel, guest experience, vendors, attire, decor, and a contingency buffer
Step 2: Planner & Venue Selection
Locking down the place where you’ll say ‘I do’ and celebrate. We help you compare wedding packages, policies, inclusions, and options that honor your traditions
We arrange a in-person or virtual tour with our resort partners, letting you see and experience the spaces. As well as ask any questions that come up.
Once you are happy with your dream venue we assist with the contract negotiations. This is also where you pay the initial deposit, and officially reserve your wedding dates!
Step 3: Get Your Guests Travel-Ready
Estimate how many guests will likely attend and gather their details for planning purposes
Send these 9–12 months in advance so guests can plan time off, renew passports, and manage finances.
Share event dates, resort information, travel tips, dress codes, RSVP links, and contact info.
Our partner resorts will arranging discounted group rates, airport transfers, and perks like resort credits for your guests
Step 4: Bring Your Wedding Vision to Life
Plan each celebration (Welcome Party, Mehndi, Sangeet, Wedding, Reception, etc.) with thoughtful décor, music, and color schemes.
Secure your photographer, videographer, DJ, makeup artist, officiant (e.g., Pandit Ji), and decor/floral teams.
Coordinate tastings or menu planning — include Indian, fusion, or multicultural dishes with vegetarian options.
If legally marrying abroad, handle the marriage license, guest visas, passports, insurance, and health protocols.
Allow enough time for tailoring, fittings, international shipping, and safe storage at the destination
Clear all balances with your venue and vendorsas per your contract timeline
Step 5: Onsite Coordination & Celebration
Include essentials like snacks, itineraries, sunscreen, a mini first aid kit, and personalized welcome notes.
Share a detailed timeline with your planner, vendors, and guests to ensure smooth coordination.
